1. What this site collects

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. If we enable analytics, we use a cookieless tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) that records aggregate page views only — never personal profiles.

2. What you send us

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it solely to respond and provide the Services. We do not sell, rent or share it with data brokers.

3. Client data (receptionist & reviews)

For active clients, call recordings/transcripts and review interactions are processed solely to deliver the Service, are confidential to the client's business, and are deleted on request or within 90 days of account closure, whichever the client chooses. Callers to a client's line are answered on the client's behalf; callers who ask are told plainly when they are speaking with an AI assistant.

4. Your choices
